On average, women earn 25-35 pounds of income during pregnancy. Newborn mothers may lose 10 to 15 pounds during birth and during delivery and shortly after childbirth. This adds 10 to 25 pounds of weight to the new mother’s “new” body.
When a woman discovers that a woman can not wear the clothes that she was wearing before she got birth, it is a cause of great shock, disappointment, frustration, despair.
Reducing body weight after pregnancy is not nonsense, but that is not an easy task. It requires patience, a realistic attitude, a positive attitude, it becomes patience and devotion.

You are in a new state you have never been to. You are in the body of a new mother and this body needs time to get used to this new way of existence. Avoid weight loss diet of any kind for 3 months after administration. Do not worry about exercise, please make sure you move active staying.
You can use your menstrual cycle as an indicator of when your physical condition is ready to adopt targeted diet and exercise program. Once it is normalized, you are ready.
Slow start: Your body is still recovering from pregnancy and lowering your head to a strong exercise regimen can be a big shock for a new coordination system. Going to an apple or park with your baby is a wonderful start and I will prepare your body exquisitely for a more extensive and intense exercise later.
Preparation for success: This means providing fresh and healthy food, especially snacks to the kitchen, and there are plenty of options when you feel you need to eat. For small meals several times a day you will get much better results than a couple of large meals.
And do not try to starve to death. You do not benefit your new baby in this way, and you will inevitably be attracted to something to make up for it.
Please be patient with you. The time after pregnancy is tired and tired at many levels. Do not strain yourself with guilt, shame, and unrealistic expectations.
The outflow of obesity after pregnancy is not easy, but it is possible. Everyone is different. Do not compare postpartum weight loss rate with that of another new mother, but focus on the slow and steady path to the long-term outcome you desire.
